About Us
Our mission is to provide a communications link between alumni, students, and parents, as well as the New River Valley and Virginia Tech communities. The New River Valley Chapter promotes and supports the university's interest in education, research, public service, and legislative advocacy. The majority of our activities revolve around raising money for our scholarship fund, so that students from area high schools can be provided with money toward their educational costs. We are looking forward to raising even more money this year. In addition, we have fun! There are monthly dinner meetings and other social events.
